Vision
Live for Love envisions a world where everyone starts their day with intention, connection, and self-compassion during Black History and the month of Love.
Rooted in inclusivity, mindfulness, and community, we create a space where people can gather each morning—before taking on the world—to center themselves in love and kindness.
Through movement, breath, and shared energy, we cultivate a practice that nurtures the individual while strengthening the collective.

About
Live for Love was created as an inclusive and safe space for the community to gather each morning—before the rush, before the noise, before the world asks anything of us. Born during Black History Month, this practice is a tribute to love, kindness, and collective care, offering a moment of stillness and reflection before the day begins.
Led by Newark, New Jersey-based yogis, our sessions are open to all, centering mindfulness, movement, and breath as tools for self-discovery and empowerment. Here, you are free to show up exactly as you are—without permission, without expectation, and always in love.
